The Problem

Ethical brands are drowning in unverifiable evidence.

Fragmented supplier data

Invoices, WhatsApp screenshots, certificates and factory photos scattered across drives, inboxes and phones.

Marketing outruns evidence

Sustainability claims on packaging and websites without a defensible paper trail.

Buyer scrutiny is intensifying

Retailers and regulators are demanding proof, not promises and consultants can't scale.

Regulatory Tipping Point

EU Green Claims, CSRD, FTC Green Guides the age of unverified sustainability is ending.

CSRD

50,000+ EU companies now required to disclose evidenced sustainability performance.

EU Green Claims

Bans generic 'eco', 'green' or 'sustainable' claims without independent, primary evidence.

UK CMA

Green Claims Code enforcement expanding across e-commerce and packaging.

US FTC

Updated Green Guides tightening substantiation for environmental marketing.

The Solution

One evidence platform that thinks like a buyer, an auditor and a regulator all at once.

Tracekind ingests every scrap of supplier evidence invoices, certificates, photos, message threads and turns them into a structured, verifiable proof layer behind every claim you make.

Each product batch gets a living Ethical Evidence Score, a Proof Graph, and a Buyer-Ready Report. Contradictions between your marketing and your evidence are surfaced before a buyer, auditor or regulator ever sees them.

Founder

Built by someone who has stood in the middle of the evidence gap.

Tracekind was born from the intersection of first-hand SME sourcing frustration and rigorous government regulatory experience.

As the founder of Bhavi Arts, a rapidly scaling women-led brand, Bhavi Poladia experienced the "Verification Tax" firsthand. Managing complex supply chains across multiple continents meant relying on fragmented WhatsApp messages and scattered PDFs to substantiate claims to wholesale buyers.

She later took on a role at HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), gaining deep exposure to strict regulatory compliance, audit frameworks, and evidential rigour.
